Hello everyone,

Today i am going to talk about Vectors.

  

VECTORS:

Q.) What are the physical quantities?

ans.) Those qualities which can be measured.

         Example:- Pressure, Height, Mass, Length, Temperature, Time, these all are measurable quantities.

Q.) How are physical quantities classified?

ans.) 

                     

 #. Scalar Quantity:

     A quantity that has only magnitude and NO direction.

Example:- Length, Volume, Mass, Temperature, Work, Energy.

#. Vector Quantity:

    These quantities have both magnitude and direction.

Example:- Velocity, Force, Displacement, Acceleration.
